Our company is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Accounting & Tax team. The role involves managing ︁︂︇︋︆︁︋︁​︂︆︄︄​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎documentation and reconciliation of financial activities, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance. It also entails your forward thinking on improving work processes and support financial performance of the company.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years in a similar position; A minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP SAP; Advanced level of English; Advanced level of Excel; Very good knowledge of RAS.

Key Responsibilities AP role:

Documenting monthly accruals; Logging invoices and deposits to company suppliers; Documenting reclassifications to cost ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂centers; Reconciling P&L and B&S accounts; Confirming balances for company suppliers; Preparing and sending out information to company auditors, based on received authorization; Monthly, quarterly, year end closing activities based on communicated schedules; Initiative in proposing improvements/ simplification of processes and activities; Working collaboratively with other Finance functions and with the business in order to ensure proper data and documents are available for month end closing; Transposing a sound understanding of the RAS into the daily activity in order to ensure accuracy, timeliness and legal compliance of the accounting activities; Consult colleagues/business on specific Accounts Payable topics.
