Onze cliënt heeft een chronische aandoening (ziekte van Duchenne) waardoor 24 uur per dag zorg en nabijheid nodig is. Client is afhankelijk van beademingszorg. Om continue zorg te kunnen bieden, werk je volgens een wisselend dienstenrooster met dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. Je werkt zelfstandig en bent tegelijkertijd onderdeel van het zorgteam, waarin iedereen zich verantwoordelijk voelt voor het welzijn van de cliënt en de continuïteit van zorg.

As an addition to our existing team in Goirle, Uw ZorgCompaan Zorg B.V. is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant to support a client with complex care needs living at home. The client has Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a chronic disorder that requires 24/7 care and supervision. The client also depends on mechanical ventilation. To provide continuous, high-quality care, you will work a rotating schedule that includes day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. You will work independently while remaining an integral part of care team, where everyone is committed to the client's well-being and ensuring continuity of care.

Wat vragen wij van jou:

• Je bent in het bezit van het diploma Verzorgende IG (buitenlands diploma, IDW-vergelijkbaar);

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal op minimaal B1-niveau in zowel lezen als schrijven;

• Je bent bereid zowel overdag als 's avonds en 's nachts, en in weekenden te werken;

• Je hebt aandacht voor de cliënt in zijn sociale context;

• Je bent sociaal, sensitief en communicatief vaardig;

• Je bent flexibel en creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen;

• Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kunt naast zelfstandig werken, goed je draai vinden in een team en je staat open voor het geven en krijgen van feedback.

• You have obtained the Individual Healthcare Assistant diploma (or foreign diploma, IDW comparable);

• You have a good command of the Dutch language at a minimum B1 level in both reading and writing;

• You are willing to work and live in the Netherlands for a longer period;

• You are ready to work during the day, in the evening and at night, and at weekends;

• You are attentive to the client in his social context;

• You are sociable, sensitive and communicatively skilled;

• You are flexible and creative in finding solutions;

• You are confident and, besides working independently, you can find your place well in a team and are open to giving and receiving feedback.
