Opis stanowiska
We are looking for enthusiastic nurses, who wants to make a difference together with residents (clients), their families and colleagues.
Would you like to work as a nurse at our different unique locations in the Netherlands? Where you are given the space to develop yourself, learn the Dutch language and culture. Then we would like to talk to you!
Our clients are with physical disabilities as a result of a spinal cord injury or a major accident a disease such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Multiple Sclerosis (MS) which patients require nursing care at several time of the day. The nurses are rostered on the basis of the schedule of the care instruction.
You provide nursing care and guidance that is necessary for the clients. You understand the smallest signals, you are patient and you are always close by. Together with an enthusiastic group of colleagues, we want to give meaning to the interpretation of daily life in an experience-oriented way. We think it is important that you can use and develop your qualities to do justice to our clients.
Salary depends on the level of care, circumstances and living environment and it is between € 1.800,- and € 2.400,- net per month. The working hours are fixed in a schedule between 36 and 42 hours per week. This can be at night, or during the day, on weekdays, or weekends. We work in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) for nursing Homes and Home Care (VVT). You can live in, or out by the client. If you live out, we provide external accommodation for our nurses. You are free to leave the home or care institution after your shift. The contract is a Dutch contract with Uw ZorgCompaan Service B.V.
If additional training is required, such as care for ventilation clients or nursing procedures during home dialysis, we will provide these training courses. In this way, our nurses are always award of the current guidelines and protocols in the Netherlands.
