We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic market initiatives and managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the design and home décor market, exceptional leadership skills and a passion for innovative design.
What you'll get to do...
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and account management.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to optimize revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the local sales team to achieve high performance.
• Organize regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure continuous development.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail partners.
• Represent MINDTHEGAP at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Coordinate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with brand strategy.
• Provide detailed sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
• Oversee client negotiations, contracts, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your experience should include...
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and client dynamics in the design sector
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Romanian and proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
You might also have...
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the interior design, luxury home décor, or related industries.
